Live Every Day Like It’s Taco Tuesday!

This is the tagline on the website of RNG Taco Cart Catering the wonderful team that will be catering our Wedding Afterparty (from 10pm to 1am, immediately following the Reception).

In case you haven’t yet gathered, we are a MexiPino couple 🇲🇽🇵🇭 (Bernie is Mexican and I’m Filipino). And although we’re merging our cultures, traditions and individual personalities in our wedding, I wanted to pay tribute to Bernie’s ancestry and highlight the flavors of Mexico at the Afterparty.

So I surprised him by booking an authentic Mexican Tacos catering service.

Okay, confession time—I initially wanted to hire a food truck (My, you didn’t!!!) only because I wanted something that’s not very complicated to set up. However, finding a food truck company that also does late night catering was so dang hard. There were only two in Temecula—one of them was already booked for our date, and the other never responded to my inquiry.

So I had to adjust my plans and started looking into taco catering in general and that’s how I found RNG Taco Cart Catering. #blessingindisguise

This company came highly rated and recommended by previous customers. And to my pleasant surprise, the owner, Robert Gutierrez, told me that they do late night catering too. Que buenisimo! 😝

The food will be cooked on-the-spot, and their menu includes (among others):

• Carne asada

• Chicken

• Carnitas

• Al pastor

• Shrimp

• Beans and rice

• Chips and guacamole

• Cheese enchiladas

• Cheese quesadillas

• Chile Relleno
